Smith v. Commercial Union Assurance Co.

Deen, Chief Judge. The Supreme Court having reversed our prior opinion in this case (246 Ga. 50, 268 SE2d 632) (1980), the opinion in Smith v. Commercial Union Assur. Co., 153 Ga. App. 38 (264 SE2d 530) (1980) is hereby vacated, and the judgment of the trial court dismissing Commercial Union as a party defendant is Reversed. Shulman and Carley, JJ., concur.
