The People of the City of New York v. George Birch
Judgment unanimously modified in the exercise of discretion so as to reduce the sentence to four to eight years on the ground of excessiveness, and, as so modified, affirmed. Concur — Botein, P. J., Breitel, Rabin, Valente and Bergan, JJ.
