The People of the State of New York ex rel. Sam Jiggetts v. Harold W. Follette, as Warden of Green Haven Prison
Judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 18, 1968, affirmed, without costs. Appellant has advanced no contentions which were not fully and adequately reviewed in his appeal from the judgment of conviction (People v. Jiggetts, 23 A D 2d 967). Brennan, Acting P.
