In the Matter of Gay Cottons, Inc. v. Frank S. Hogan, as District Attorney of New York County
Appeal dismissed, without costs and without disbursements (see Matter of Byan [Hogan], 306 N. Y. 11, 16). Notwithstanding the nonappealability of the order, we have reviewed on the merits the contention of the petitioners-appellants and, if we were not dismissing the appeal, we would affirm.
