— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Board of Trustees of the Mt. Vernon Public Library, dated January 28, 1983, which, after a hearing, discharged the petitioner from his position as assistant library director. 11 Determination confirmed and proceeding dismissed on the merits, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Becker v New York State Civ.
