LaPointe v. J.T.T. Contractors, Inc.

In an action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien, the defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Hillery, J.), entered February 2, 1988, as denied their motion for summary judgment discharging a mechanic’s lien and dismissing the complaint. Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
