The People of the State of New York v. Segundo Mescas Chimbay
Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Friedmann, J.), imposed November 13, 1991. Ordered that the sentence is affirmed (see, People v Callahan, 80 NY2d 273; People v Gonzalez, 188 AD2d 548; People v Burk, 181 AD2d 74; People v Kazepis, 101 AD2d 816; see also, People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80).
