Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Goldstein, J.), rendered May 17, 1993, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, attempted rape in the first degree, attempted sexual abuse in the first degree, and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
