Appeal from a decree of the Oneida County Surrogate’s Court, entered May 10, 1946, denying probate to an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will of Wallace B. Hewett, deceased. The appeal is from the whole of said decree except the allowance to James M. O’Hara as special guardian of Mattie P. Hewett, an incompetent, and to the court stenographer for transcribing the minutes. Decree, so far as appealed from, affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party.
