In an action by a tenant for a declaration that he is the lessee of the premises in
[780] suit for the term ending. September 30, 1947, at the statutory maximum rent, judgment granted in favor of defendant, after trial by the court without a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ. [188 Misc. 1001.]
