Per Curiam, The right of the appellant to demand an assignment of the bond and mortgage ended with the sheriff’s sale and under the findings of fact by the court no new relation of trust and confidence was created by which it was released from the obligation of its bond. ■ The order appealed from is affirmed at the cost of the appellant on the opinion of the learned president judge of the Common Pleas.
