Asure v. Hankele

Per Curiam, The questions raised on this appeal are adequately disposed of in the opinion filed in the court below sustaining the demurrer. Superior Ct. 403; Strong, Deemer & Co. v. Dinniny, 175 Pa. 586. The judgment is affirmed.
