Hershberger v. Lynch

Per Curiam: The complaint in this case is that the defendant’s points were not clearly answered. Those points could not well be answered without some explanation; hence, they were so qualified as to give the jury proper instructions on the law governing the case. The charge as a whole was certainly clear enough, aud by it tbe jury could not have been misled. Judgment affirmed.
