Jennings, Beale & Co. v. Beale

Pee Curiam : The decree of the court below does not appear to have been satisfactory to either party, as both have appealed. We think the court was right in sustaining the master. The case was properly decided. The decree is affirmed upon each appeal, and the appeals dismissed at the costs of the respective appellants.
