Winsmith v. Walker

The opinion of the Court was delivered by Wright, A. J. There were no exceptions taken to the charge of the Judge, but only to the verdict of the jury; therefore no question of law was raised by the grounds of appeal. In such a case this Court will not interfere.—Floyd, Adm’r, vs. Abney, 1 S. C., 114. The motion must be dismissed. Moses, C. J.,-and Willard, A. J., concurred.
