Seckerson v. Sinclair

Per Curiam. Tbe motions in tbe case at bar present tbe same questions that were just decided by us in tbe case of Burger v. Sinclair [next case] 140 N. W. 235, and tbe decision in tbat case controls tbis. Tbe same order will accordingly be made herein, with tbe exception tbat no costs are allowed. Goss, L, being disqualified, did not participate.
