STATE OF OREGON v. MABLE MILDRED RAMIREZ

PER CURIAM. The state concedes error under State v. Allen, 30 Or App 275, 567 P2d 552 (1977), which was decided subsequent to trial of the case at bar. Reversed and remanded.
