[1] MEMORANDUM** [2] Olusesan Adesanya, a California state prisoner, appeals pro se the denial of his habeas corpus petition. Adesanya contends the trial court erred by admitting a tape recording made by the victim in which he admitted raping her and by not giving reasons for imposing a consecutive two-year term on count 2 and an eight-year term on count 3. Having conducted a de novo review, Taylor v. Kincheloe, 920 F.2d 599, 601 (9th Cir.1990), we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. [3] AFFIRMED.
