James Williams v. Francis La Valle, Supervisor, etc.
Per Curiam :
The order granting a new trial in this case, is not a final judgment. Hence, no appeal can be taken or writ of error prosecuted for its reversal. The writ of error must therefore be dismissed.
Writ of error dismissed.
