Because the District Court's conclusion that the evidence did not support a finding of constructive discharge on grounds of sex or age discrimination was neither clearly erroneous nor incorrect as a matter of law, it is [2] ORDERED and ADJUDGED, by the court, that the judgment is affirmed.
