State v. Paris

Erwin, J. The State of Indiana prosecutes the appellee in the above numbered cause from the Floyd Circuit Court. From a judgment quashing the indictment in said cause the State appeals to this court. The question involved is the same as is presented in the case of State v. Sittason (1913), ante 573, 101 N. E. 1010, and on the authority of that case the judgment is hereby reversed with order to the court below to overrule the motion to quash the indictment.
