Sargent's Heirs v. Knox

Bullard, J., delivered the opinion of the court. This case cannot be distinguished from the one against the same defendant just decided. The same plea is relied on under- similar circumstances, and the question must receive the same solution. It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged, and decreed, that the judgment of the District Court be affirmed, with costs.
