Triche v. Labiche

MONROE, J. As this case is presented, it appears that the ruling of which relator complains is interlocutory, that it works no irreparable injury, and that a complete remedy may be found in an appeal from the final judgment to be rendered. It is therefore ordered that the writs of certiorari and prohibition herein prayed for be denied, and this proceeding dismissed, at relator’s cost.
