[769] Writ refused. We find no merit in any of the errors complained of.
FOURNET, C. J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. This court should not close its eyes to judgments with obvious erroneous or illegal awards.
SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion a writ should be granted.
