POSTE v. AMERICAN UNION LIFE INS. CO.
PER CURIAM.
The order, as proposed, amended so as to read as follows: It is ordered that said order of affirmance and said judgment be each amended by inserting therein the following clause: “This decision is not the unanimous decision of said court;” and, as so amended, the proposed motion granted. See 52 N. Y. Supp. 910.
