No opinion. Guardian ad litem allowed his taxable costs and disbursements on appeal. It is beyond the power of the court to allow more than this. See In re Robinson, 40 App. Div. 30, 57 N. Y. Supp. 523, affirmed in 160 N. Y. 448, 55 N. E. 4.
