TOWN OF NORTH HEMPSTEAD v. STERN

Action by the Town of North Hempstead against Benjamin Stem. No opinion. The parties hereto having stipulated in open court that this case may be disposed of by a court of four, the decision is as follows: Judgment (in 86 Misc. Rep. 520, 148 N. Y. Supp. 840) affirmed, with costs.
