Ward v. Commonwealth

Judge Owsley delivered the opinion of the court. This case, in every material point, is substantially the same as that of the commonwealth against Lampton; 4 Bibb, 261; and for the reasons contained in that case, the judgment in this, must be affirmed with cost and damages.
