For the reasons stated in In re Redmond , --- N.C. ----, 797 S.E.2d 275, 2017 WL 1034554 (2017), the decision of the Court of Appeals is reversed, and this case is remanded to the Court of Appeals.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
