JANVIER, Judge.
This suit was consolidated for trial with Occhipinti v. Boston Insurance Company,
[338] 72 So.2d 326. For the reasons given in that case, the judgment appealed from is amended by the elimination of the amount of the penalty awarded and attorneys’ fees; in all other respects the judgment appealed from is affirmed, appellees to pay costs of appeal, all other costs to be paid by appellant.
Amended and affirmed.
