GLADNEY, Justice. This appeal presents substantially the same issues both as to facts and law, as are involved in Kilpatrick v. Ouachita Parish School Board, La.App., 91 So.2d 453, and for the reasons therein so stated the judgment from which appealed is affirmed with costs as allowed by law.
