NATIONAL BUREAU OF CASUALTY UNDERWRITERS, an unincorporated association v. Broward WILLIAMS, as Insurance Commissioner of the State of Florida and as State Treasurer of the State of Florida
PER CURIAM.
After argument of counsel and study of the record of evidence, we feel there was ample basis for the Commissioner’s order and find no abuse of his discretion.1 Therefore the order appealed is affirmed.
