The order appealed is reversed upon the authority of DeCespedes v. Prudence Mutual Casualty Company of Chicago, Illinois, Fla.1967, 202 So.2d 561 and the cause is remanded with instructions to enter judgment for the defendant.
Reversed and remanded.
