ETHRIDGE, Chief Justice: The decision in this case is controlled by Mississippi State Department of Public Safety v. Berry, 217 So.2d 11 (Miss. Dec. 2, 1968). See also Annot., 97 A.L.R.2d 1367 (1964); 7 Am.Jur.2d Automobiles and Highway Traffic, §§ 123, 124 (1963); Fisher, Vehicle Traffic Law, 268-288 (1961). Thus the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and judgment is rendered here vacating the writ of certiorari. Reversed and rendered. RODGERS, JONES, BRADY and SMITH, JJ., concur.
