PER CURIAM.
No abuse of discretion on the part of the trial court has been demonstrated. The order on appeal which granted a new trial on the sole issue of damages is hereby affirmed. Cloud v. Fallís, Fla.1959, 110 So. 2d 669.
Affirmed.
