Poche v. Frazier

In re: Eugene J. Poche, Jr., et al. applying for certiorari, or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of St. Charles. 232 So.2d 851. The application is denied. There appears no error of law in the judgment complained of and according to the facts, as found by the Court of Appeal, the judgment is corect. However, plaintiffs’ right to recover all or any medical expenses incurred since the trial of the case is reserved.
