Kelly v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co.

MILLER, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Nellon v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, 244 So.2d 303, (La.App. 3 Cir. 1971), in which separate judgment has been rendered by us this date, the judgment appealed in this case is affirmed. Costs of court on appeal are taxed to State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and Lawyer Kelly. Affirmed.
