Harold W. KLOPP v. Harry NAGEL, the Town of Riviera Beach, a municipal corporation of Florida and the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida
PER CURIAM.
Appellant has failed to furnish this court with those portions of the testimony taken
[477] that were relied on in entering the order sought to be reviewed. Insured Lloyds v. James, Fla.App.1967, 200 So.2d 595. Thus, we are powerless to discern or demonstrate error.
Affirmed.
