SAVOY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Johnson et ux. v. Allstate Insurance Company, et al., 254 So.2d 91 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1971), decided this date, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed at appellant’s costs. Affirmed.
