PER CURIAM. The final judgment of dismissal in this cause be and the same is hereby reversed upon the authority in Milu, Inc. v. Duke, Fla.App.1971, 256 So.2d 83 (opinion filed this date), with directions to the trial court to reinstate the plaintiffs’ amended complaint and cause of action. Reversed and remanded, with directions.
