The POLICE JURY OF the PARISH OF WASHINGTON, State of Louisiana, Acting as the Governing Body of Industrial District No. 1 of Said Parish v. ALL TAXPAYERS, PROPERTY OWNERS AND CITIZENS OF INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT NO. 1 OF the PARISH OF WASHINGTON, State of Louisiana, Including Non-Residents Owning Property or Subject to Taxation Therein, and all other Persons Interested in or Affected in any way by the Issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds of the District
In re: The Police Jury of the Parish of Washington, State of Louisiana, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of Washington, 273 So.2d 597.
It is ordered that the writ of review issue; that the Court of Appeal send up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant be notified.
A Writ of Certiorari and Review is granted as a matter of right.
