SAVOY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in C. D. Benefield v. Milchem, Inc., 281 So.2d 771 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1973), decided this date by this Court, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed at appellants’ costs. Affirmed.
