For the reasons set forth in the opinion this day rendered in Appeal No. 9488 in the case entitled “Cara Johnson v. Dennis Blanchard, et al.,” La.App., 283 So.2d 513, the judgment in Appeal No. 9489 is affirmed, with all costs of this appeal assessed to defendants-appellants.
Affirmed.
