PER CURIAM.
The judgment appealed herein is affirmed on authority of' the decision this day rendered in the companion case of David C. Goodman v. Harvey Goodman, Benez, Inc., a corporation, et al., Fla.App., 290 So.2d 552, with which this case has been consolidated for the purpose of appeal.
Affirmed.
