STATE of Louisiana, Through the DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS v. Dorothy Finke MIMS
MILLER, Judge.
For reasons assigned in the consolidated case of State, Dept. of Highways v. Mims, 311 So.2d 914 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1975) handed down this date, the trial court judgment is reversed and the case is remanded for a new trial.
Reversed and remanded.
