In re: Joseph Ray Banks applying for Writ of Mandamus and Habeas Corpus.
Writ denied. Relator is not entitled to a transcript to search for non-apparent error. He has, however, already been afforded an appeal. State v. Banks, 294 So.2d 541 (La.1974).
