HOLMES, Judge.
The prior opinion of this court having been reversed and remanded to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion dated May 7, 1976, 295 Ala. —, 333 So.2d 577, this cause is now reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court of Montgomery County.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
