State v. Reid

In re: State of La. through District Attorney of Orleans Parish applying for writ of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Writ denied. We find no abuse of discretion in the rulings of the trial judge. SANDERS, C. J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
