Clark v. Anding

WATSON, Judge. For the reasons assigned in docket # 6392, Leo Anding, Et Ux v. Southwestern Insurance Company Et Al., La.App., 358 So.2d 690, the judgment of the trial court herein dismissing the demands of plaintiff Clyde E. Clark is affirmed. All costs of appeal are assessed against Southwestern Insurance Company. AFFIRMED. GUIDRY, J., concurs.
