PER CURIAM.
Affirmed. See Williams v. Foerster, 335 So.2d 810 (Fla.1976); and Denham v. Sexton, 48 So.2d 416 (Fla.1950). In addition, the trial court’s finding of consideration is supported by the record. See Cheeseboro v. Estate of Harris, 333 So.2d 79 (Fla. 1st DCA 1976).
